I would not recommend getting them at a show. They are usually wild caught and have parasites. Pay a bit more and get them from a GOOD breeder and no younger than 3 or 4 months. One real disadvantage is their size in that they are hard for a vet to diag (if you can even find one) and to medicate. I had a trio and all three died within 2 weeks. I had had them for 4 months, got them from a very reputable breeder (The Kammers). We never did figure out what happened. [ Hide Replies ]
