It does sound like stress from the new setup, but to make sure, give him a week, maybe confine the feeders to a bin (bigger container than a bowl so they are almost free ranging) so you can keep a closer eye on what he is eating, and you could start weighing him occasionally to see if he's losing ground. Chams can go a week without eating much at all if they are healthy, and there would not be much if any weight loss.
