please help., possible BP health emergency

these just showed up a couple days ago and weren't there last week when she arrived. i can't tell if they are just marks from her rubbing on her hide/water dish, or if there is something more drastic going on here. all the local herp vets are closed today (sunday and all that). please help me with some information if you can.
