With the VERY precipitous drop in prices of recently introduced dominant and co-dominant morphs, it seems to put both the top tier producers and secondary buyers in interesting spots.
In the future, the top tier producer would seem to want to hold back and aquire as many of these "new" animals as possible, thus maximizing his/her financial punch when the morph is finally released and prices are (hopefully for them) higher.
This strategy is interesting in the fact, that, it will be noteworthy to see if people are still willing to shell out big bucks with the foreknowledge of how quickly prices have fallen in the recent past.
The second tier may just say I am going to be patient and wait for the price to drop.
This would leave the top tier in an interesting box.
