Lele, you may be older than most of the people that get on this forum, but you don't know what old is yet. If I had it to do over that would be what I would change, I would have adopted. If you do adopt some day, go with a female. Iguanas really have some formidable defenses and the males make them offensive weapons during the mating season. A large male can seriously hurt you.
