outside cage

hey there to all. i have a quick question. ok so here it goes, im planning on building a cage. the cage will be maybe 16 by 12 feet with a divider in the middle.i plan on housing my veiled on one side and my sulcata tortoise in the other. so pretty much it is going to be a walk in cage. heres the ? how many chams. can live in this cage (8*6 foot) with minimal stress. i was thinking my male and 2 females. a lot of plants are going to be planted and misting systems.it is going to be started in spring cuz it is too cold rite now. so what do u think?
