I don't think you can really look at it that simple. First, nobody is guaranteed that their boa is going to produce anything, some people don't produce anything until 4 or 5 years of owning the boa, some may only produce 1 or 2. My point is that I don't see why the price is so high (seems higher this year the last) when it seems that a large of amount of offspring are due around the corner. How many of you remember seeing Motleys for 10k not last but the previous season and now you can surely find one for 6k. I feel sorry for the people that spent 4k more just the previous year. This is the same thing I think will happen with the jungles. I think too many people are working with these to hold a value so high as a boa that is not too available. I see less leopards then jungles and they are still selling for the same price as they were previously.
