cheap snakehook

Here is a cheap snakehook I made the other day. It took me about 15 minutes to make. I did not have any old golf clubs I could use for the handle. I don't like golf - very stupid and boring sport - anyway that is why I did not have any clubs I could use. I do like fishing, so I did have a old broken fishing pole lying around. If you know me I try and think what can use to make a hook out of to save some money. I came up with this idea for this hook on my way to the post office to mail some boxes for my wife. So on the way home I stopped at Ace hardware and picked up one 4' long 3/8" aluminum rod. I cut the rod in half so I still have some left to make one more. LOL What a cheap a$$ I am. No I will not be selling these but everyone is more that welcome to copy it. I cost me about $5.00 to make.
