Black Roughneck Not Eating.....

I am having trouble with a recently imported black roughneck. I have offered insects (crix, mealworms, waxworms, silkworms)as well as pre-killed rodents. He appears to be in good health and parasite free in that he is fairly active, but he is losing weight. Tempature and humidity are good.

Any help at all would be great!
