it should heal in a few sheds and over time it wont really be noticible. just try to keep it clean and if you have newspaper or substrate of that sort then try some neosporin (sp?). when i had got my male a little over three years ago he had been bitten once above and below the eye and once on the neck. it has been a long time and you can barely notice the scars ... it was over his left eye but in this fairly recent picture you can not even notice.
