This is a scary topic. I've had this happen to me once. I had been houseing two females togather of the same size and walked into the snake room to find them wrapped up. It wasnt a feeding response I dont think cause they had just eatin two days prior. Needless to say I house all my snakes alone now. Both survived and are doing well but it still shook me up a bit. The reason I say its scary is cause sometimes when I introduce my males with females my females get into the strike position and look as if their gonna eat the little guys. From what I hear its not unheard for females to kill and sometimes eat males. I've read dont breed your animals unless you would be willing to loose them cause it very well could happen. Rich
