While your snake's burns are far from the worst I"ve seen, I would still recommend a vet visit.

Topical silvedine cream is probably the best, and your vet will probably provide this. The main reason for the vet visit is to get a proffesional hands-on examination to determine if further diagnostics, systemic antibiotics or what-not are needed.
