I've not tried it yet, but Provent a Mite is supposed to be tops. I use reptile relief with great success. It kills the mites but not the eggs. You need to realize that mites lay a kazillion eggs every 3-5, I believe, days. With that in mind, the second treatment should be about 3 days after the first to kill the next batch of fresh hatched mites. And should be repeated every 3 days for about a month. I just treat the snake and the enclosure EVERY time I clean the tank. Works real well for me.
