This depends on a lot of things. First and most importantly, size/maturity of the female. The bigger the female, the more babies you will have. a 6' female will typically have between 12-25 babies, give or take, and a 9-10 foot female could have 30-55. This can fluctuate however. A lot of times, a females first litter will be smaller, such as 8-10. Again, depending on her overall body size.

Also can depend on the male, how much sperm he produces, or how much sperm he gets in the female. Usually determined by how long the pair is left together. if they are only together a few days, odds are he didnt get much sperm into the female, if any at all, as courting usually takes up a few weeks before actual copulation.

I've heard stories... "I know a guy...." who had a "14 foot boa" (which I find very hard to believe) that produced 89 babies. Is it impossible? no, just very unlikely. Like the movie Anaconda. The snakes CAN get that big, just very very unlikely.
