Sorry if you already said this, but are you "gut loading" them?? Feeding and watering them? If you provide food/moisture they will be less likely to eat eachother. Those little boogers can eat quite a bit too. Good Luck!

Thats why empty egg crates are great they can all hide from one another in those little egg compartments !!!
