pretty good success with pairing multiple females per male. A couple of years ago, we had one male Hypo Boa breed three female normals sucessfully. The resulting litters were great with lots of nice healthy babies and very few slugs.
Last year, our male Jungle Boa bred three females. Out of the three, two gave us good litters. One female had no slugs or stillborns at all. The third female though did give us a large litter of slugs but I really think it was her more than him. She was really too thin and we shouldn't have even bred her. She had a good litter the year before and didn't put the weight back on very well. I didn't think she would even go but she did and only gave us two good babies and a bunch of slugs. She has this year off and is putting on weight well.
I've heard of both good and bad luck with it though so I guess you can never tell.
Thanks,
