Fruit Fly Culture Recipe(s) Needed

Hey All! Most of my cultures dried up. Dang Nevada aridity gets me again! I still have alot of adults but need to restart some cultures to sustain my rapidly growing "collection" of neonate Chams. The comercial stuff works great but I'm in a bind! I'm hoping Tyler shares his recipe with me as I've offered to trade him adult flies for his recipe but I thought it would be cool to compare and contrast.
