Those eggs are beginning to dehydrate. They are getting the deflated look because the egg shell is leathery rather than hard like a chicken egg.



First stop is to wet a couple of paper towels, wring them, and then tuck them in around, over and under the eggs. This will retard the dehydration. I will e-mail you directions for incubation.
