floor space for a new BCI enclosure?

I realize most everyone here is a breeder and probably uses racks but if you had a pet, what enclosure would you use?..

What size cage would be big enough for comfort without alot of unused space? Also what do you think of a double decker style cage say 4ft tall with two stories using a branch for a ladder?(would this even be used?)
BTW she is about 4ft 10 and right now at 18mnths
