They either are born with it, or they switch over at some point. Some even reach almost adult size before their eyes change over to blue. When you raise the transluscents indoors, their eyes look black. When you raise them outdoors in natural sunlight, or keep them outside for more than a month, you can see the iris really well. It is usually a navy blue or purple color. Did you buy your transluscent, or did you hatch it out? Thats a great looking dragon. Josh | ||
