Nope, don't mind the rampbling. I asked you b/c you seem to have a long history of breeding these. Since I am not into breeding, and Darwin is my first dragon, I have none to compare him to. He is just about at lights out now so he is all "dark & ugly" but I will try to get a current shot of his belly. It does always look like it is "dripping" and not one solid color. He definitely does not have the "pink lips" but does have some of the translucent skin above the eyes where there is darkening. You can sort of see it in the pics I posted. And he does have thos very dark eyes. More pics of him are in the gallery under my name "lele"
The breeder/friend I got him from says she'll bring up a couple girls for him next summer and I'll stud him out She has gotten more from his bloodline. He was only one of two surviving eggs and the other is not a trans but he is very stunted in his growth. I had someone over me a hefty price when I first got Darwin and found out he is a translucent, but he is my pet so he is valuable in a different way to me.
thanks,
lele
