3 Questions about my Chams

I have a pair of Sambava panthers that are about 10 months old and the male is about 15-18" long (TL) and the female is about 9-10" TL. So I have two questions:

1.) Are my chams old enough/large enough to breed (if not I will be patient)



2.) I will need an incubator--any sugestions?



3.) Lobster roaches--better/more nutritious than crickets?
