Generally geckos afflicted with "big eye" have poorer sight than their normal counterparts... its a bulging of the eye from the socket.. set more forward than it should be and causes problems with shedding, vision, ability to eat and coordinate. Many geckos exhibit this trait if they've been extensively inbred... since it really is a simple recessive mutation in the genes that control development of the eyes... All in all its not a good thing and animals afflicted with it should not be bred... | ||
