red ear slider with spots...please help

Hi, i have a 2 year old red ear.I have noticed lately that hes always sleeping in the water n he eats but not as much or with much excitement whitch my other red ears show. Also i've notice these blackspots on his shell??? not sure whats goin on i tried giving him a turle sulfa dip but it doesnt seem to be doing much..any help i would appreciate it.
