I really have no idea if they are hets or not, but just personal likes and dislikes, If there where a pile of boas and mixed in where some for sure hets, I personally have things I would look for. And since your basicly taking a chance with a poss. hets then you might as well pick one for something that makes you "think" its a het...right....LOL Who knows, maybe someday they will figure out a way to take a blood sample and test for genetic defects, and make the cost reasonable enough that someone can afford to test thier whole poss. het litter...LOL
Plus, I would hate it if people told me my animal was not what I hoped it would be...There is a good chance he might just have a het albino...Who knows..Same with mine, I sure am crossing my fingers. Sorry I don't know anything scientific, just my opinion, which by the way doesn't amount to much..LOL Good luck
