I've got a pair of Hogs I bred this year that I raised since
they were babies.

They're both extremely tame. I handle them a lot though and I
keep them in my living room, so they see me and more importantly
smell me & other people constantly. I've always handled them
even when they're shedding.

I think every boa can be different. I had a litter this year of
17, of those only 3-4 ever hissed and struck out.

It depends on the snake and how they're kept and how often they
get handled, that being said...

BCC are more edgy than BCI and Hogs. I've got two Bolivians now
for a year and they are completely easy going as well. I was
EXTREMELY surprised because I'd read that they can be snappy...
