The 120 day count is taken from the last noticed ovulation (sometimes there will be 2 seperate ovulations), thru to the birth date. There's a 105 day count in case you missed the ovulation, that goes from the shed right after ovulation to the birth date. I make sure to write down every swelling noticed as well as shed cycle during thid time. Take care, David
