All fed voluntarily on small hopper sized mice, they would show no interest in pinks as they did not seem to elicit a chase response. They would rush out of their hides and look them over but unless the prey item took off they did not give chase and feed. I was able to get two to feed on prekilled that I "ran" with tweezers, the others would get too interested in my hand to focus on the mice. Very much like baby elapids in habits, although they (in general) were easier to switch over to PK
