Yes they were eastens, they were a 12-14" out of the egg. the mice weren't hoppers in the true sense, they were just starting to bounce around but were not weaned and they were a large meal. I have never worked with testaceus before other than a large red adult male from CO, I never paired him, but hopefully I will find a pair this year. That interesting that westerns are so much smaller.
