All the rocks are made out of polystyrene coated with tile grout, and a sealant. Just cut out a basic shape and use a file to round the edges and give it more of a rock shape. Glue them together w/ liquid nails (just make sure it's the liquid nails for plastic/foam). once you get that finished, get some tile grout, make it thin for the first coat to get in all the cracks. I put on 3-4 coats, then use a tile grout sealant. That's it, fairly easy, just messy.
