Well, I wouldn't consider the 10.0 to be too much, becuase that's what I use. I raised my little veiled chameleon on it, and he grew faster than any veiled chameleon that I have ever owned. I also have a 10.0 installed on My panther's (Cobalt) Cage, and the wave lengths of UV light travel a farther distance, so I would presonally reccomend the 10.0, but that's just my opinion!
