Your male my be ready now but I've always found that waiting another year he may have a better chance. A big healthy 3 year old female is usually the minimum for Colombians. I have seen first hand a CA female breed at 18 months & produce a healthy litter, but that is not the norm. For the best possiable chance & results, keep the heat up & feed your female for at least another 2 years.
