wiring 11" Flexwatt to a Helix DBS-1000

I have just recently completed my first DIY rack setup that hold 6 sterlite sweater boxs and now I am faced with the trouble of heating it. I am completly new to this so any help will greatly help. I need to know how to wire the 6 pieces of 11" flexwatt to the Helix DBS-1000 I have decided to use to control the setup. I also need to know how to adhere the heat tape to the bottom of each level as well. Thanks.
