Hey everyone, first post. Go me.
I wanted to build a waterfall for my snakes cage, and I built a test one just to see if I could do it. The test one wasnt to hard to make, and I may make a better one or just go with the one I have. Now my questions.
I made it out of terra cotta pots that I broke up. I dont think I should actually use that, because I was wondering if it could hurt the snake? Its not like its pointing out at all angles, but you get the point.
Basically, the design is a terra cotta platter with a "mountain" made out of broken terra cotta pots that I put together using Silicone sealent. Is that safe for the snake? Then a pump goes inside the "Mountain".
I was planning on paintign it and using some sort of sealer on it over the paint and everything.
I have no problems building another, in fact I may just for the heck of it. Im basically looking for advice and help. Any of either is highly appreciated.
