I'd start with the ball python guide here at Kingsnake.com. If you look around the web, you'll find numerous caresheets. There's some variation among them on the details, but the basics are pretty similar. Most of the websites in the sponsors' block on this page have caresheets. If you click through the sponsors of this forum, you'll find plenty of information. Care will be somewhat similar to that for your corn snakes, but you'll want to read the details for yourself.
I can't see your picture all that well, but I think your snake is the normal color pattern. The question of how to tell the sex gets quite a bit of attention around here, but I'm not experienced enough to address it.
