Retained Eye Caps

OK...Dagon is having a problem with her eye caps. She had no problem with the rest of her shed and she's never had a problem with the eye caps in the past. It's to the point now where she won't eat because she can't see the food (she's always struck based on movement).



Please...any suggestions on a safe way to get the eye caps off?
