When mine was in a 30 he seemed kinda cramped and grew into it within 2 weeks that I got it. He also never barked or made any noise. I just got him a 65 (4'L x 18"W x 18"H) and hes been barking and cruisin around all around lookin much happier. I plan to put a female in there pretty soon.
