i just finaly finished my rivertank setup. it took me over 2 months of paychecks from giant eagle but ive finaly got it done. I have a 125 gallon tank i built with it lined with soil on the bottom. i planted grass seed and the plants that come in chia pets. i then planted flowers and other cool plants. i set up the right side to be the water hole for the animals and made a waterfall and whats cool about it is that i have a waterslide kinda thing for the geckos to walk and bask on in water tide cleans their feet. the other end has a zoo med volcano for misting and i have zoo med vines and canopies for the snakes.

Now to get the the most important part. the animals.
the tank houses a ball python named james, 2 leopord geckos, 3 firebelly newts, 2 green anoles, 3 king scorpians, and im hoping to get some turtles for the waterhole sometime this week.
The tank has been up and running for 24 hours and the animals all seem to love it. im thinking about installing a hamster tube that will somehow open once ever two days so i can have a mouse find its way into the biodome and meet a snake. or the leos if its a pinkie.
im going to get some pics up soon so stay tuned..
