Posted by: flamedcrestie at Wed Jan 25 11:31:32 2006 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by flamedcrestie ] it depends on how much work you want to go through to keep the tails. you can always keep the male separate, and only introduce him to each female in a specific breeding tank or cage. watch them the whole time and separate them. the reason for the tail dropping is because the female will start to twitch her tail, and the male will sometimes bit it, her legs, her side, or her head. any of these attacks may cause her to drop her tail, or a retaliation from the female may result in the male dropping his. | ||
