I agree with you and am on the same side of the fence as you with the hybrid debate. For the record both my snake pictured above and the snakes that Horridus has pictured are WC in origin. His where from eggs laid by a WC female corn and mine was from a collector in S Florida.
The big difference is that his are from a natural cross and mine is from some loser letting a hybrid go on purpose or I or the store I got her from was lied to. When I bred my animal this year to a albino corn het for hypo she dropped eggs that hatched albinos and hypos. So my snake does not have simple beginnings at all.
I am hoping that I was lied to and my snake was not a WC. But from what I was told by the store I bought her from she was picked up by a field collector south of Miami. When I and another guy looked into this snake and asked around we where told that there is a area in the Ft Lauderdale area that some of the snakes looked like this. I hope not.
