female and breeding?

i have a 2 yo female rtb. shes pounds medium rats and is alittle over 5'. i was thinking of breeding her. Can some one tell me what a good age and weight a female rtb should be before she breeds? what time of year do they breed and also what an average sized clutch. thank you in advance cause i can only guess how many times this question is asked.
