Thats a little over 2 watts per gallon . The rule of thumb is min 2 watts per gallon for aquatic plants for non aquatic thats plenty and you will get good fast growth.

Plants that grow half submerged or not submerged grow like a weed with that light.

By the way 5,600 to 8,000 k is great for plants so 7,000 is great. I use 6,500 in my planted tank and they do great.
