Central American Banded Gecko

My Central American Banded Gecko only seems to eat about once a week and it only eats about 2-3 crickets. I have had him about three months now and his tail does appear a bit thinner. How often do CABG's normally eat? Does anyone know any place with good information on the CABG? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
