Hey, thanks for the props..
Truth is I breed as close to WC as I am able with what's available to me in my projects. The results are variable, to say the least! I'm pretty sure there's some redtails around here that a lot of boa-guys wouldn't spare a second-look. But I hang with examples of most all the phases and looks, to see what they develop into and to give their genetics a fair chance at living in future.. This is a sixeable committment in time and space!
Those two nice boas are with somebody in Wisconsin or Nebraska and, just like very many of the prettiest snakes born here, I may never know what happens with them or if they are breeding... I'm surrendering a little to the market, this coming season I'm going to try to make some litters from pretty parents that are both picked CB and raised, in other words they will be F2 or F3, not F1s. For the guys that lurk for that 'perfect' look (whatever the heck that is), there will be some eye-candy in those groups.
Thanks again, .
