they appear to be fading away This one is very noticeably losing the rings that were on his lower tail and the middle of the saddles is washing out more and more. I love watching these babies change and they are changing so fast.....I almost CAN watch it Here is a close up of his tail. Now are there are only 2 1/2 saddles with rims. If I had known this would happen at this rate, I would have taken tail close ups from the beginning.

Another thing I have noticed is how the markings along their sides are fading out to a more solid matte look. How weird........but fun!! It's like having a whole new snake after each shed!!!
