Multiple Red Tails

I have owned and cared for many snakes and other various reptiles in the past including large species but never red tails. Recently, I have developed quite an interest in Red Tails. I see many pictures online and on posts of housing multiple red tails together. Is this ok to do? Is this normal practice and good husbandry? If so do only certain breeds/ genders work together? Any info is appreciated. Also what size cage would you recommend. I have quite a number of cages and enclosures to work with.
