what is a hypo bci? im probably asking the wrong question.

i am asking because i have a normal female colombian rt boa, the guy i got her from got her from a show several years ago..... the only thing he knew about her was she was colored funny.....the only thing i see on her that would be considered different is she has alot of pink from below her eyes all the way down her body, but i thought that was on a normal????
