how do you guys get that "image" tag attatched to your posts?

I'M IN SKIN!!!

I use a photo service from the internet called Photobucket. Theres a bunch you can use but photobucket is free.

Once you upload your images to a service they provide tags for you to use the image in many differnt ways.

...I was refering to the small white and red box at the end of the post header that says "image" to alert everyone else that there are pics in the post. Some posts have it and some do not (even if they contain pics). I was just wondering if there was a setting that I didn't know about that would put that on there.
