You'll get approximately 50% hypos and 50% normals. All of them will be het anery. Some of them (both hypo and normal) will express pastel traits and be very clean animals with low speckling, faded side diamonds, etc. There would be a good chance to get some really nice hypos. The normals with pastel traits (which would make them pastel) would throw some nice pastel anerys when bred back to anery or het anery. Not all their kids, but some, would be really clean anerys like the ivory anerys on Ronne's site.
The pastel trait is selectively bred. I'd call it genetic, but it's not simple recessive or a form of dominant. It is inheritable, though, so probably some polygenetic trait.
I was actually considering just this cross, b/c I'd like to get a ghost, just to have a ghost, and I'd like to make some hypo-pastels with my female pastel. So, that'd give me maximum eye candy for minimum number of snakes. =)
