Bassline wins contest!!

IllianaReps Aug 24, 2003 01:16 PM

I have decided to give away an adult Albino Boa and an adult Hypo to the first person who comes on the forum using the word "bass" in his username.I have been contest bass fishing a lot this summer and have won a lot of money,so I thought I would share my good fortune.
Bassline,I haven't had a chance to read any of your posts yet,but you,my friend, are the lucky winner,so as long as you will treasure these beautiful animals and provide them with a great home, they are yours!!! I will even pay the shipping!

as in "spaced"? If it is bass as in bass guitar, the deal is off,the contest is void, the shipping offer is out of here and the snakes are staying right where they are..or possibly released back into nature.

How big were the bass you got this year-any real big lunkers? My dad got me started bass fishing when I was 3, but I don't have much time to fish now that college has started. I didn't know anybody else on here was into fishing, but I guess I never asked either. Oh yeah, what were they hitting good this year? Take care.

special.I read the threads and have decided the contest is off.No free 3,000 dollar Albino and 1,500 dollar Hypo to Bassline. Will release into wild as suggested by Randy. Will have to adopt grandchildren to take nature hike to South America.Might trade snakes for grandchildren, but won't pay shipping.

My biggest so far was a little over 5 lbs. We used to go down to SC every year for a week of fishing, but now we just stay local. Also, my dad sold his boat when we moved so we don't get out in the good spots much anymore. I can't say I blame you for not giving up the albino and hypo. Make sure you label them with microchips or something before releasing them. Otherwise some purist might get them in and think he/she found a locality for wild morphs (and I'm sure that would cause an uproar).

we can breed albinos, hypos, anery, and motley etc etc, and after we have a viable number to maintain the wild population we can release them..That way our grandchildren can walk through the rainforests in S. America and marvel at the wonders of the Natural Sunglow Motleys..

Before you think about sending Bassline your prize "morph" boa (aka Albino) I would take a look at his opinions in the below thread. Since your beautiful Albino is a morph and was created by a money grubbing human I can't see how he could love them one bit.

Just my opinion, but would hate to see a couple of snakes get a raw deal.

since obviously he has a very hard line view and opinion the only thing those animals could be good for is luggage, or clothing.lol. That would definately make for an appealing looking belt though...Perhaps we should all change our direction and just say we breed XXX(insert morph) to make wallets and belts out of. Oh and don't forget cowboy boots too. Man I can't wait to produce a litter of mutts so I can make a nice pair of albino Mutt skin Sh!tkickers.
